Your hormones. Your nervous system. Your identity quietly shifting beneath everything else. We go deep. We go honest. We go looking for the woman you’ve been too busy to be. You’ll feel it by evening. Something loosens. Something returns.

Sunday — Build What Comes Next
The work of Sunday is practical, grounded, and entirely personal. You begin by looking honestly at your life across the domains that matter most — your work, your relationships, your health, your financial autonomy, your sense of growth. Not what you wish were true. What is actually true, right now.
From that honest assessment, you build your 90-day plan. Not a wishlist. Not a vision board. A real, specific, liveable design for the next chapter — rooted in everything you discovered about yourself this weekend, and in the woman you have decided to become.
The retreat closes with two private rituals that belong only to you. A letter — written by hand, to yourself, sealed and kept for six months. And a closing circle, in which each woman speaks two sentences to the room: what she is leaving behind, and what she is taking with her.
Then you drive home. Same road. Not quite the same woman.
